Project Café Racer 2: The Frame

For this build (you’ll see why later) I wanted a black frame instead of the standard silver frame on the Racer. This called for some pretty brutal stripping, so I left it up to the Pros. Whilst they were at it, we had the rear suspension spring painted black too.

I used this opportunity to also send the wheels in for their customising, thus putting a few steps in parallel when compared to my previous build. Here you see the front wheel complete – the first hint to the paint scheme of this build.
