Project Café Racer 2: Progress

I thought I'd share some progress with you, as the build is looking really good. The frame has been painted black and put back together. The "Option 719" machined parts are also installed and together with the painted wheels already make a good picture.

I have also installed the shortened rear-end (from WISH, see previous post) and new indicators - I found some perfectly fitting parts at Max-Inc, which have a stylish brass highlight and match nicely with the black and gold theme (once they have stock I will replace the rear ones too).

The bar-end mirrors also came from Max-Inc. They do the job, but to mount them I needed to visit RACE! and purchase the bar-end mounting bolts from the Rizoma range (I'll do a comparison on quality, look and cost in a later post).

Now its just the body panels and tank to go. Watch this space!
