Cafe Racer 1: Custom Pipe

For the exhaust I searched up a local custom exhaust guy – I came across Dominator Performance Parts and an approachable guy called “Gert”, who runs this business. The brief was to create a custom pipe ending with twin outlets, in true Café Racer style, under the tailpiece. He designed and manufactured a custom pipe for me, docking into the standard pipe just after the catalytic converter, thus keeping the original headers and all the required electronics intact. He also manufactured a little connecter to replace the exhaust throttle body (see photo) improving exhaust flow and sound.

Once installed the first glimpse of what the bike will look like is very promising.
